Each Everplace map is made to order.

Please allow 1-3 business days for production before dispatch.
During peak periods (weddings, Christmas, Father’s Day, etc.) processing times may extend slightly. Updated timeframes will always be displayed on the product page.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using tracked parcel services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping (free): 3-6 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Express shipping options are available for urgent orders.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Every piece is carefully boxed to ensure it arrives safely.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
